Hi! I’m Tara. I’m a registered dietitian and mindset coach, with experience in helping adults improve their nutrition and fitness, while reducing their risk of health complications.

I know what it’s like to feel burned out and overwhelmed by the demands of life, despite the desire to live a healthy lifestyle. Even as a nutrition expert and an avid runner, I’ve found that maintaining my health and fitness while working and raising a family is just plain hard.

That’s why I created a place for women, much like myself, to get the support they need to be their best. Combining habit and behavior change coaching with my expertise in health and nutrition allows me to help others reach their goals to live a more active, healthy lifestyle.
