About Me
Hi there! I’m Tara, and I have spent the last half of my life counseling individuals on nutrition, exercise, and wellness. I have expertise in metabolic health, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and pre-diabetes. I've also worked with both amateur and professional athletes to establish nutrition plans for better performance.
I’ve been a runner for over 20 years and it is such an important part of my lifestyle. I love the feeling of accomplishment when finishing a run. I love getting faster and stronger. I also love just getting out of the house for a few miles and listening to a great podcast. Supporting an active lifestyle with proper nutrition is important, but I realized later that the mindset piece is really the key! This led me to open a practice where I could combine my knowledge of evidence-based nutrition and health promotion with mindset, habits, and coaching to empower and support active women in taking better care of themselves. I want all women to be able to experience the confidence in fueling their body well, crushing their fitness goals, and living with purpose.
